The New Supplier Application Template provides a mechanism to ensure critical information in relation to commercial details and points of contact are received from the prospective supplier (of goods or services) and then assessed for suitability by the Company and accepted if appropriate. Successful applications may then be placed on the Approved Supplier Register and used by the Company’s personnel.
