Description
The Incident Status Summary Template is used to for reporting information on significant incidents only or where the incident reaches a certain threshold where it becomes siginifcant enough to merit special attention, require additional resources, causes media attention or increases public safety threat. The Template contains basic information needed to support decision making at all levels above the incident to support the incident and should be completed with the best possible , currently available and verifiable information at the time it is completed and signed.
